50% payment is required upon project confirmation, and the remaining 50% upon website handover.
Will I own the website and domain completely?
Yes, you will own 100% of your website and domain. We will provide you with all access credentials after handover.

We offer a quality guarantee after project delivery. If you have any questions or basic technical issues, you can contact us for support.
How long does it take to build a website?
The duration depends on the chosen package and the readiness of your content. We will inform you of the timeline at the project kick-off.
What information do I need to prepare for website creation?
Content (text), images (logo, products), and contact information you wish to display on the website.
Can PIITWEB assist if I don't have accompanying images?
We provide free stock images for businesses. However, you are responsible for providing specific images you wish to feature, such as products, portfolio works, or personal photos.
What platform does PIITWEB use for website development? Can clients edit/customize it themselves?
We develop on WordPress using Elementor Pro. After handover, clients can easily manage content through the WordPress backend system.
Will I see a design preview beforehand?
We present a design draft for your approval of the structure, then develop it on a test website. You can revise it according to the number of revisions specified in your package to ensure your website meets your exact expectations.
Can the website connect with essential business systems or marketing tools?
Yes, basic connections (e.g., Payment Gateway, Google Analytics) will be included at no extra cost. More complex integrations might incur additional charges, which will be communicated to you before proceeding.
